Position Overview
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing your opportunity pipeline, guiding the acquisition of operational partner pharmacies rather than driving top-line revenue sales. Primary responsibilities include building and managing an opportunity pipeline, cold calling into pharmacy locations, presenting a strong value proposition, objection handling, and contract review to sign qualified partner pharmacies into the Phil Network.
Job Description
- Partnership development position focused on acquiring new partnerships with partner pharmacies in the U.S.
- Proactively seek new partnership opportunities in the market, including a significant amount of cold calling.
- Manage a pipeline of Partner Pharmacy opportunities working full cycle deals from cold call to close, while keeping CRM updated.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager of Partner Development and other team members to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of business development/Inside Sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving strategic targets and exceeding monthly goals
- Self-motivated, driven, hands-on individual with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills, both internally and externally in pre and post-close stages.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Comfortable with the dynamic nature of a rapidly expanding start-up company, demonstrating adaptability.
- Successful experience in virtual collaboration, adept at utilizing digital communication tools for seamless interaction with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Thorough experience in cold-calling, effective pitching, objection handling, and navigating complex concepts with ease.
- Proven history of successful sales cadence, with the ability to track, report, and drive the opportunity pipeline to exceed goals.
- Experience with CRM pipeline management, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience with G-Suite applications, showcasing the ability to leverage collaborative platforms for efficient communication, file-sharing, and project coordination in a remote work environment.
