Job Summary:

As an Partner Compliance Specialist for SelectQuote, you will be responsible for ensuring all 3rd party marketing creatives are reviewed and compliant within the Medicare division, while making sure the Marketing department are continuing to meet their volume and profitability goals. Additionally, you will be responsible the for day to day management of marketing compliance tickets and inquiries. This role will require you to work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Project Management. This position will work closely with the rest of the internal Marketing team to hit aggressive performance targets and maximize a multi-million-dollar annual marketing budget for SelectQuote.

3rd party partnerships that you will be responsible for will include affiliates and other businesses that drive both inbound and outbound leads from a marketing mix including paid search, paid social, paid content, SEO, email, display, retargeting, and more.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain regular communication with all affiliate partners to ensure all of their creatives are compliant during each major season with the Medicare space.
  • Ensure compliance expectations and documentation related to TCPA, CMS and other industry standards with each partner
  • Thoroughly understand and document processes/settings for each campaign in order to recognize opportunities to improve (transfer scripts, lead filters, caps, state mix, etc.)
  • Closely collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure all marketing and compliance initiatives are aligned and working together to hit performance targets
  • Handle and prioritize compliance-related tickets, inquiries, and issues submitted by internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely resolution and appropriate documentation.
  • Stay updated on current Medicare insurance regulations and guidelines to provide accurate information and solutions to compliance inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance concerns and provide guidance on proper procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of all compliance tickets, resolutions, and interactions. Generate reports on ticket trends and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to compliance during yearly partner audits by providing necessary documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of basic traditional and digital marketing tactics
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand contract language
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to be detailed oriented while seeing trends, themes, and macro-impacts
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and master multiple interfaces
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly that positively impact marketing performance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and self-directed

Training & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Political Science, or in a related field is required
  • Knowledge of Medicare and/or CMS preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing compliance, digital marketing, supply chain or other related fields is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in business-to-business interaction or partnership management is strongly preferred
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint is required
