This position p rocesses banking transactions for customers. Our tellers are often the face of Crossroads Bank and need to provide a pleasant banking environment for clients to have their banking needs met.
- Properly document identification for customer transactions
- Be aware of customer flow; watching for loitering or suspicious activity
- Responsibly manage their cash drawer; maintain proper cash levels, cash secured appropriately, bait money secured
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Keep work area free of clutter
- Image work
Minor Duties:
- Answer Telephones
- Assist Clients with E-Banking Questions and Needs
- Roll loose coin
- Filing signature cards
- Online banking
- Maintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements as applicable, including BSA/OFAC
- Schooling & Seminars as offered
- Other Duties As Assigned

- Branch Staff

Personal & Educational Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Detail Oriented
- Problem solving skills Some College classes in Business Field preferred
Physical Qualifications:
- Be able to lift &/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time .
