SalaryOverland Animal Hospital & Pet Resort is a one stop shop for all of your pet’s needs. We offer medical services, boarding, daycare, and grooming all under one roof! We are looking for a new Client Services Representative to work at our medical desk.
Our goal is to find an individual who wants to have fun in a professional setting, and will fit in well with our team culture.

Responsibilities include but are not are not limited to:
- Triaging calls to determine the level of urgency and scheduling veterinary appointments accordingly
- Communicating with clients via phone, text, or email in a professional and friendly manner
- Working as a team with everyone in the facility from the doctors to the pet resort, and shares the common goal of gold standard pet health
- Greeting clients and pets, and checking them into their appointments
- Reviewing invoices and taking payment
- Educating customer on additional services offered at the Pet Resort
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience working in animal medicine
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and still attend to details
- Bilingual is a plus

We are looking for someone to work 2-3 shifts per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.29 - $20.00 per hour
