Part Time Toddler Teacher

We are looking for a Toddler's teacher.In this position we have 6 students to 1 teacher. If you're familiar with FL ratio's of 6 toddlers to 1 teacher. However, we understand how challenging they can be at this age, but we believe in quality teaching and interactions. so we have two teachers in every classroom to not only maintain ratios but to provide a better learning experience, If you have your credentials this will increase Differentiated Pay. We also offer sick time, earned PTO, and 10 paid holidays a year, plus childcare discount.
Duties
Responsibilities:

• Provide a nurturing environment for children 12 - 24 months
• Help to provide for basic needs.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, cognitive skills, social and emotional growth.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields is a plus
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible
• Prefer state DCF hours of 45. Willing to work with right candidate.
