Positive Nature Homecare is looking for a skilled nurse (LPN or RN) to provide quality care to a worker's comp patient in patient's home. The patient receives around-the-clock 2:1 care and is full assist, requiring a two-person lift with all transfers (approximately 25-30 lifts during 12 hrs) in addition to cathing throughout shift.
* $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS*
Sign On Bonus: Upon being hired by Positive Nature Homecare, the candidate will receive a $2,500 SIGN ON after 30 days of employment and additional $2,500.00 bonus after 90 days of successful employment.
LPN Starting Pay: $40 per hour with 90 day review
RN Starting Pay: $45+ per hour with 90 day review
Schedule: 7AM to 7PM and 7PM-7AM THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, alternating Wednesday if possible.
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN nursing license
Valid CPR certification
Valid driver's license
Valid fingerprint clearance card
Active automobile insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
TB clearance
