Job Summary
Duties include Clerical Support in the Disability Services Office. Specific duties include working with students, staff, and the community to provide front desk reception and telephone support, filing and organizing paper and electronic files. Extensive use of the computer preparing/coordinating data for files and creating email communications. Provide direct administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
The applicant should have experience using Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel. Applicant should have excellent public service skills, telephone skills, good attention to detail and be comfortable working in a face-paced setting.
