Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student-Quality Engineering for John Deere Waterloo Workslocated in Waterloo, IA, you will...
- Explore new analytical problems and develop creative solutions using data and analytics in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Etc.
- Ingest, evaluate, and prepare data for use in dashboards and solutions.
- Create analysis tools and dynamic visualizations to accelerate insight generation for our customers.
- Maintain and monitor data in business software (SAP), to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Communicate findings and methodologies to stakeholders at multiple levels.
This position is not available to students on immigration visas
What Skills You Need
- Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related degree; others may apply.
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university.
- Graduation date of May 2025 or later.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
- Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.
- Must be to commute to the work location in Waterloo, Iowa on a daily basis year-round.

- Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, VBA, Tableau, or other business analytics tools.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
