Part-time Shipping Coordinator

Warehouse Associate will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse. Primary responsibilities include:
- Shipping / receiving the shipments and keep accurate records of packages/products received/shipped
- LTL Preparation, LTL schedule pick up and creating BOL
- Handle supplier’s mis-shipment, verify the contents and rectify mis-shipment issues
- Inventory handling
- Maintain receiving/shipping records on ERP system and customer’s portal.
- Keep the warehouse in order and clean
- Other tasks assigned or requested by the Manager and team members
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in administrative or shipping/receiving role. The Shipping Coordinator at Meiji is required to be a strong team player, pay attention to details for accuracy and maintain professionalism. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds at times
- Ability to move around the warehouse
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
