Part Time Shift Lead

Lea Oak Park is a family business in Oak Park. We bake our own baguettes and croissants daily from scratch, and in the french tradition.

We are seeking a Shift Leader to run the lunch rush and close of the restaurant. In addition to running the prep line, Shift Leader will be responsible for resolving order or customer issues, managing team, and ensuring an amazing crew and customer experience.

Hourly wage starts at $16/ hour with tips in addition. Tips average $5/ hour. Position is approximately 25/ hours / week.
