Job Description:
Dive into the exhilarating world of Bounce Empire, the largest indoor inflatable amusement park, where adventure and excitement are around every corner! We’re more than just a park; we’re a haven of jaw-dropping attractions, fun filled adventures, and mind-blowing decor that make every visit a story to tell. We are on the lookout for a Security Host to manage the entry process of our venue. This role is essential in providing a secure yet warm and inviting welcome to all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and inviting entry experience.
- Conduct ID verification, administer wristbands, and guide guests through the waiver completion process, directing them to the payment desk.
- Maintain vigilance to ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for security concerns or inquiries, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a security role with necessary qualifications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong knowledge and ability to act swiftly in various emergency scenarios.
- Professional appearance, adhering to our dress code of wearing a suit or a blazer and slacks while on duty.
- Reliable transportation, capable of commuting within 40 minutes to Bounce Empire.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time position: Saturday 9:45 AM - 3 PM, Sunday 10:45 AM - 2 PM.
- Compensation: $26 per hour.
