Job Description
We are looking for a results driven Sales Associate/ Beauty Advisor to be responsible for all store operations, from sales to cleaning. The successful candidate will be able to improve customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals. .
Responsibilities
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to team members
- Provide excellent customer service that impacts performance ratings and store merchandising
- Ensure a clean, neat, organized and welcoming environment that attracts customers
- Maintain inventory levels within the store
- Maintain product levels within the store
- Maintain product/store condition standards
- Comply with all safety standards/recommended practices
- Practice regular store cleaning/organization activities
- Remain knowledgeable about product information and trends in the industry
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum Qualifications/Prerequisites
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. without assistance
- Must be able to maintain personal inventory levels within the store while working with inventory control systems
- Must be knowledgeable about the products sold in the store as well as understanding all product information including pricing, type availability, natural or processed ingredients
- Must have a positive attitude and be reliable with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays (such as Christmas)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.01 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
