We are seeking an experienced Safety Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance and maintenance of our organization and ensuring smooth functioning. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties:```
- Manage and Oversee Compliance Folders for each company driver
- Manage workers' Drivers Logs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinate occupational health and safety programs, including conducting risk assessments and implementing preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT)standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and accidents to identify areas for improvement
-Manage Maintenance Record of Equipment
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with DOT standards
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
