The Opportunity:
This part-time opportunity is for current college students located near our Fisher campus in Plano, TX. Use your bilingual English and Spanish language skills to support plan participants. You will report directly to your Team Leader who will work with your schedule to find a solution that works best for you minimum 20 hours per week.
The Day-to-Day:
- Inbound and outbound telephone engagement with plan participants
- Schedule meetings with plan participants
- Engage plan participants by email campaigns
- Participate on side projects
Your Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
- Enrolled college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associates degree
- No prior 401k experience required
- Commute to the Plano, TX office
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0+
- Work 20 hours (in office) a week at a minimum (28 hour maximum)
