SalaryPart-time Position in Indiana, PA Personal Care - Caregiver
Wanted: Flexible, reliable, compassionate Staff for our small Personal Care Home located in Indiana, PA. More hours available if willing to work in our other Personal Care Homes.
$15.12 per hour – The part-time position is a guaranteed 8 hours per week: Saturdays 11pm - 7am at the Indiana location. Overnight shifts are awake. Pay increases to $17.24 per hour after a 6-month probation period. Part-time employees eligible for our 401(k) plan. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts on an as-needed basis at the part-time pay rate.
All our residents are independently mobile and complete their own ADL’s, so there is no lifting or showering! Our residents are functional members of the community who are generally working towards independent living.
Your job duties include medication administration (training provided), light housekeeping, and cooking meals. Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in a similar field (home care, mental health, or Personal Care Home experience preferred). Six months experience preferred, but other applicants will be considered. A pre-employment physical with a TB test and Act 34 clearance is required at employee’s cost.
