POSITION FUNCTION

The office Clerk supports the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, processing employee documentation.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY

Review daily progress notes and employee timesheets

Ensure employee has not missed any required paperwork

Ensure staff members have required weekly supervisions

Communication with employees and their supervisors as needed

Update the training hours form, monitor monthly and assign as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

CLEARANCES REQUIRED

• Criminal Epatch, FBI, Child Abuse, Verify Comply
• Minimum of one (1) year documented experience in a social service agency preferred

MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Be patient, compassionate and punctual
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
