Part Time Residential Cleaner

Our Small Family Owned Company is in Current Need to hire for a Part Time position to fill our Residential Work within:

1. Wynnewood/Bryn Mawr/Radnor Area

2. Wayne/ Berwyn/ Paoli Area

*** YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN THESE AREAS ***

This job is ideal for:

- Anyone with Morning to Early Afternoon Availability couple of days per week

- Students who don't have school in the AM and are looking for a Part Time job

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, who enjoys cleaning, and has an eye for detail.

SCHEDULE: PART-TIME & VERY FLEXIBLE

*There is a possibility to move to a full time schedule if that is something you're interested in.

We ask that you are available anytime between 9am and 3pm (+/- 1h)

You have the ABILITY to set YOUR OWN schedule to fit your personal life as long as it is within our work schedule available below:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and

*Saturdays - it's a huge plus if you are available to work rotating Saturdays, typically 1 Saturday per month (partial day, not a full day), BUT it is NOT required.

PAY:

1. Pay starts at $15/h for the training period which takes 2 weeks

2. Right after 2 weeks of training: pay will be increased to between$16/h and $19/h. Your starting pay is determined by several factors, like attendance, quality of work, speed of work, following our training systems properly, proper use of equipment, tools, and cleaning solutions, proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools, etc. (your performance and attendance are tracked w/weekly evaluations, so you know exactly where you stand).

3. From there, your pay will be increased regularly throughout the year as long as there are no attendance and quality concerns.

Our goal is to have you anywhere between $17-$19 per hour within 3 to 6 months.

4. Travel Pay- We will pay you for travel between jobs! see travel below

SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL:

1. Travel is expected. We service The Main Line Area, anywhere from Wynnewood to Exton

2. We do our best to schedule you near your home, but cannot guarantee that

3. We pay for your travel only between jobs, meaning you are not paid for the travel from your home to the first job and from the last job to your home

4. You are paid at minimum wage $7.25/h while driving between jobs

5. Your work and travel are tracked with GPS through our app

To be considered for employment with us you MUST:

1. Have a valid Driver’s License

2. Have a reliable vehicle with up to date insurance and registration.

3. Pass background check

4 . Be Authorized to work in USA

5. Speak English well enough to comfortably communicate in a spoken and written English.

6. Be able to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including, but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds

7. Have a smartphone with data plan & texting/calling capabilities
