We are seeking the right person to fill Management duties at our location Houma Lock Storage. The person we select will be paid an hourly rate based on performance. This position is similar to a retail job but the hours are much better and the time goes by quicker. This is a part-time management position offering 9-12 hours a week (Fri, Sat) as a site Relief Manager. You will be trained in the storage/rental industry and learn a lot of things that you may not have known before.

You will be managing a growing facility for us and it will be exciting, to say the least. You will be given a nice place to conduct your work and will be treated fairly. We at Houma Lock Storage know that our site managers are vital to our success.

It does help if you have a background in customer service and office management. You need to be computer literate, able to send emails and attach documents, and quick to learn our computer software (site link/web self-storage). It's important that you can perform administrative tasks, that you are capable and able to learn state laws and auction procedures. It's important that the applicant can perform property maintenance, keeping the grounds and facility clean and the office organized and tidy. Also, able to implement marketing strategies and very willing to make collections calls.
