Part-Time Recruiter

- Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Recruiter. This role will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Resume review
- Evaluate and screen resumes to identify qualifies candidates for open positions.
- Ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit within the organization.
- Screening calls
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
- Clearly communicate the company’s values, culture, and expectations to potential candidates.
- Interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Manage communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate pipeline management
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of potential candidates for future positions.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and interviewers to facilitate decision making.
- Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
- Compliance and documentations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paces environment.
- Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Estimated Pay: $18-$20/hour
