About the role
We are looking for a Per Diem Recruiter with full-cycle experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
- Drive and own the full-cycle recruiting process for high volume caregiver recruiting
- Must be highly organized to be able to manage and track a high volume of caregiver applicants, and provide weekly recruitment status updates to assigned business unit, team lead, and/or manager
- Candidate centric mindset ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent
- Work with management, peers and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices
- Support the onboarding of new hires
- Consistent touchpoints with key stakeholders to fully understand current and future hiring needs
- Document all efforts in applicant tracking software
- Maintain up to date data
- Oversee the flow of candidates related stages of hiring and onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- 1 year of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment, preferred
- Healthcare recruitment experience, preferred
- Experience utilizing direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficiency
- Strong time management and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to tackle new challenges and new ways of doing business
