Job Description:
We are seeking a part-Time Receptionist/Billing Coding professional to join our team at our Summerfield Commons office in Upper St. Clair. This is a Part Time position, with a M-Th shift of 3:30-6pm, and Fridays 9-3 (this day can be flexible - more hours available if needed)
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience with billing and coding, and the ability to schedule appointments efficiently. The Receptionist/Billing Coding professional will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, dealing with insurance companies and practitioners, and uploading documentation to a digital platform. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with billing and coding (REQUIRED TO APPLY)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

Job Type: Part-time
