Part Time Receptionist Officer - 1st Shift

Now hiring a Receptionist Officer at one of the largest manufacturers of software and computer services in the United States. Our ideal candidate is someone personable, energetic, compassionate and customer service oriented. If you have receptionist, hospitality, or retail industry background, you are a great fit for this role. With a friendly and positive attitude, we will provide the training and knowledge you need to be successful in the security industry.
The Receptionist Officer (RO) position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to the client's employees and customers. This is a forward facing position wearing many hats, the RO will be someone that can multitask, maintain order in the lobby and do it all with a smile on their face. Professionalism is of the utmost importance for this visible and highly rewarding role.

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory
• High level of professionalism
• Sitting for long periods of time
• High level of computer knowledge needed
• Proficient in typing
• Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
• MUST have GED or HS Diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
