Responsible for general cleanliness of the kitchen including emptying trash and washing floors, cleaning grease trap and the receiving and proper storage of deliveries.
Physical ability to do heavy lifting and the ability to move intermittently throughout the workday in an environment that includes substantial changes in temperature.
Sweeps and wet mops kitchen floor moving out all moveable items and going under stove, refrigerator, tables, etc. Scrapes floor if food is stuck to it.
Receives deliveries and maintains refrigerators, freezers and storage rooms in orderly fashion according to First In/First Out procedure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 28 per week
