Part-Time Phlebotomist

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare system by collecting blood samples from patients for diagnostic testing. Duties:
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients
- Utilize proper techniques and follow aseptic protocols during the phlebotomy process
- Label and organize blood samples for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure their comfort throughout the procedure
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper specimen collection and handling
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical laboratory procedures
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
