```Duties``` - Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy - Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness - Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects - Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients - Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist - Strong knowledge of acute pain management, pain management, IV infusion, utilization management, utilization review, pediatrics, acute care, critical care, and pharmacy operations - Experience working in an ICU or critical care setting is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $58.00 - $61.00 per hour
