Part Time Paralegal - Work From Home Whenever It Suits Your Schedule

I am seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented paralegal to help me out in some litigation where I am proceeding pro se (I am a graduate of UC Berkeley Law School, so I won't wear you out with idiotic stuff, but I don't know Tennessee procedure or case law.

Weekly hours will be highly variable, and you can do 90 percent of it From Home on nights and weekends.

Salary / Wage = 1.5 times your current rate of pay - paystub required.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- I need someone with access to Tennessee discovery documents.

Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience as a paralegal at a litigation firm. Writing examples and references (not necessarily from your current employer if that would create a problem for you) absolutely necessary - I was burned the last time I hired someone here.
