Hours for this position is 11pm-7am - 2 nights a week (preferably Wednesday and Thursday)
- Oversees owner/guest experience during the overnight shift.
- Clean common area of property (Sweep, mop, remove trash, clean restrooms, etc.)
- Patrols all areas of the property overnight.
- Forwards main property phone line to cellular phone during patrols.
- Attends to any emergency situation on-property immediately and informs senior management.
- Assists owners, guests, and employees during the overnight hours.
- Escorts any unwelcome person from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation.
- Responds to questions and complaints from owners/guests.
- Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with owners/guests and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
