Housekeeper/Janitor

We are a condo complex on the Halifax River, Beachside, who are looking for a special person to join our fun crew as a housekeeper or janitorial position. It’s a great work environment with a beautiful view. Guaranteed 40 hours a week. Pay based on experience, willing to train the right person who is wanting to learn and work hard. Also, there’s usually a nice bonus at the end of the year. If you are interested, the qualifications are below.

· Motivated self-starter

· High School or equivalent (Vocation School Preferable)

· 3 years’ experience – or related acceptable experience

· Reliable transportation

· Familiar with cleaning chemicals and solutions

· Skilled in using floor cleaning tools and equipment

· Maintain the interior cleanliness of the company property

· Neat and well-groomed in appearance

· Conscientious and pleasant manner
