Part Time Or Full Time Diesel Mechanic Needed!

Collision Truck Center, a leading collision and truck repair center, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated PART TIME, Full Time or ON CALL Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for maintaining and repairing semi-trucks, we have an excellent opportunity for you. We are also hiring for a Lead Mechanic position for those interested in advancing their career.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems of semi-trucks.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Complete all assigned repair orders efficiently and within the given time frame.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1year of experience working as a DIESEL MECHANIC, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry. However, candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and other specialized equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
