Part-Time Onsite Wellness Program Coordinator

This is a part-time onsitehealth and well-being educator position working 24 hours per week.
The Part-time OnsiteWellness Program Coordinator position is located at the client's site in St. Petersburg, Florida. Hours and schedule are flexible, but you will be required to support both day and night-shift workers.
We are looking for an experienced and passionateWellness Program Coordinator. This is a highly collaborative position on the Wellness Program & Health Education team assigned to this Client. This role will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of health and well-being content to an engaged employee population.
You will serve as a brand ambassador for the Client's health and Wellness Program and positively impact the comprehensive culture of health. You will collaborate with the client's local Human Resources team, departmental leadership, and network of well-being champion volunteers to identify employee needs and deliver presentations to meet those needs.
You're a team player and feel compelled to transfer knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools to help achieve the client's wellness and health promotion objectives. You proactively elevate success stories, track impact and support of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

What to Expect:

• Identifies needs and solutions that support well-being
• Presents and delivers health education seminars, wellness breaks, and in-person services in support of client's culture of well-being
• Coordinates and supports an internal wellness and health promotions network of health champions to increase employee engagement
• Setups, deploys, and responds to employee communications and inquiries regarding client programming and incentives.
• Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to improve engagement
• Documents processes and makes recommendations to maximize efficiency and communication across the team
• Collaborates with key stakeholders in the planning and coordination of Onsite Wellness and health promotion events

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition, or similar field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the delivery or execution of Wellness Programs to a group of individuals
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience working with a variety of client cultures and personalities
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to using multiples tools to achieve critical goals
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Maintains a high level of organization and professionalism
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook. Excel, Sharepoint and Teams)
• Experience using well-being incentive platform (preferred, not required)
