Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of musical instruments & pro audio gear is looking to add a Part-Time Guest Services team member to our growing Music Store team. We’re looking for people-oriented, outgoing, and positive individuals to bring their unique strengths to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. As a member of Music Store Guest Services, you will help us meet the needs of those visiting the nation’s largest Music Store and ensure the Sweetwater Difference is exemplified in every guest’s experience on campus and throughout the Music Store.
This is a part-time role with flexibility for evening and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the first impression to the world’s only Sweetwater Music Store with bright and personable service
- Listen to customer concerns and investigate problems to provide satisfactory solutions
- Review, coordinate, and schedule orders and inventory for upcoming visits
- Work closely with Music Store Sales Engineers to create orders and take payments
- Ensure customers receive orders in a timely manner
- Assist in Merchandising efforts throughout the store
- Provide timely responses to feedback regarding a guest’s visit
- Check in on guests
- Delegate necessary steps to turn negative experiences around
