Responsibilities
- Use his or her general knowledge of quality customer service on a daily basis
- Establish rapport with customers
- Assist and direct customers as needed
- Drive vehicles to parking as needed
- Be a goodwill ambassador for the facility
- Notify manager of customer concerns
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction
- Maintain communication with Service staff
- Operate shuttles to homes and businesses when needed
- Willingness to help as needed in other tasks in the Service department
- Deliver cars to Service entrance for cashier
- Install floor mats, seat covers, and key tags
- Check vehicle for physical damage
- Take vehicles to car wash to be cleaned. Will include light vacuuming
Qualifications
- Able to follow processes and utilize a smartphone app daily
- Neat, professional appearance
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability and desire to deliver world class service to our customers on a daily basis
- Capable of communication with customers
- Sensitivity to customer concerns with enthusiasm
- Must have a valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- General knowledge of the Peoria Metro area and its streets and major businesses
- Be able to take direction and responsibilities
- Some mechanical knowledge a plus
Hours
Monday - Friday - 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
