Penn State Harrisburg, a member of the NCAA Division III, is accepting applications for a part-time Assistant Coach for the sport of Men's Soccer with the Department of Athletics.

Requirements and Qualifications
Hours will vary between 10 to 15 hours/week (off-season) and 25 to 35 hours/week (in season). The off season appointment will be non-exempt hourly and the in season appointment will be exempt salary. Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here.

Job Duties
- Assisting the Head Coach in recruiting and program development, practice preparation and game day coaching.
Requirements and Qualifications
- May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
- Employment with the University for this job will require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.
- Employment with the University for this opening will require the operation of a motor vehicle as a part of the job duties. A valid US driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
