Our Member Services Team represents our first line of contact with members, potential members and visitors to the JCC, and are expected to be friendly, outgoing, responsive and efficient in providing stellar customer service in person, on the phone and via email communication.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer Service and perform all tasks related to day-to-day operations in support of Member Services including but not limited to:
· Direct engagement with members and guests, meeting/greeting, and responding to
questions and management of member concerns
· Answering multiple phone lines
· Checking in members and guests, providing tours of the facility, managing
reservations/cancellations, redeeming vouchers
· Assist in marketing all JCC services through familiarity with the JCC website and weekly
email blasts, and up to date and able to communicate what is happening at
the JCC
· Assist in recruitment and enrollment of new members, retention of existing members, program registration, execute sales, and monitor reports via our CRM
· Database entry as assigned
· Attendance at staff meetings as appropriate
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
· Self-starter who is organized and experienced in customer service, with the ability to
multi-task, prioritize work and take direction
· Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor
· Excellent communication skills-both verbal and writing
· Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM (training provided), basic computer skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
