Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Member Service by greeting and assisting members with their banking needs
- Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan/Visa payments
- Promote credit union services to meet member needs. - Assist members with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintain an organized work area
- Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures, including fraud prevention measures
-Someone who enjoys helping members of our community with their financial needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent Member Service skills with the ability to build rapport with members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
