SalaryWe are interested in hiring a Medical assistant to start working PART-TIME our new medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vitals, test results, and other information for medical records while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinating the daily administrative activities, including scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and patient medical record maintenance.
- Preparing treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assisting practitioners with medical procedures and other patient care.
- Clean and prepare treatment rooms
- Stock and keep inventory of medical supplies
Requirements:
- Knowledge of working in both clinical and non-clinical areas of a medical office.
- Knowledge of working with Electronic Medical records.
- Able to do insurance verification and posting payments on the computer.
- Able to do referrals.
- Dependable, Hardworking, Honest, Organized, and likes working with people
- Bilingual Spanish desired
- Knowledge of navigating social media platforms
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
