Description: Ellington Public Schools is seeking applications for a part-time academic Math Tutor.
Job Summary and Qualifications: Successful candidates will work as a Math Support academic tutor, assigned based upon student need. Must have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and work to timely schedules. Confidentiality is critical. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills. The successful candidate will be required to submit to a state and national criminal history check, as well as a DCF review as required by Connecticut state statute. Previous work in a school atmosphere is a plus.
Working Conditions: This position is Monday - Friday. Candidate will work each day that school is in session. This is an at-will position, rate of pay is $20.00/hr.
