Primary Function
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will play a critical role in supporting the Marketing and Sales departments. The position is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) role, requiring 2-3 days in-person at the OrboGraph offices in Burlington, Massachusetts. The position is responsible for functions including email/blog creation and distribution, social media, Salesforce & Pardot administration, website maintenance, SharePoint administration, supporting sales activities, and coordination for trades shows, industry conferences, as well as OrboGraph hosted events.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Email and Blog distribution
- Research various topics for both the Modernizing Check Fraud and OrboNation Check blogs
- Format blogs and publish on OrboGraph website
- Create and distribute blog emails via Pardot
- Salesforce/Pardot Administration
- Responsible for updating accounts, contacts, and opportunities on Salesforce
- Responsible for cleansing the database, merging duplicate accounts/contacts/leads
- Social Media
- Scheduling social media posts
- Maintaining calendar to ensure continuous publishing and exposure for OrboGraph
- Sales & Product Support
- Assist Account Managers with formatting proposals, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations, meeting the brand standards and guidelines of OrboGraph
- SharePoint Administration
- Enhance and maintain the OrboGraph Internal SharePoint site
- Trade Shows, Industry/Partner Conferences, and OrboGraph Hosted Events
- Coordinate and complete the pre-show and post-show activities for OrboGraph’s attendance/exhibiting at Trade Shows and Industry/Partner Conferences
- Support the Marketing Manager in all pre- and post- event activities for the OrboGraph Check Fraud Roundtable and OrboGraph Technical Conference
- Other functions:
- Internal meeting support
- Weekly reporting
- Researching marketing tools for OrboGraph Tech Stack
- Research on generative AI tools for utilization by OrboGraph
- Other duties as necessary and assigned to meet business objectives
Knowledge/Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related majors
- Requires a minimum of 0-2 years of marketing experience
- Curious mind, willingness to learn
- High energy, enthusiasm and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact, collaborate, and communicate effectively with colleagues
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
