Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipment daily
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
- Process cash register transactions and ensure accuracy
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system for sales transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
