Shift Rotation: Monday- Friday 9a-2p; On-call for Maintenance Emergencies

Essential Functions: We are searching for a Maintenance Assistant to provide general maintenance needs at our community. Painting, room ready, small sheetrock repairs, minor plumbing and electrical, Life Safety regulations and quality assurance, carpet and upholstery cleaning, power washing, etc. Candidates must feel comfortable around geriatric population. We are an Assisted Living specializing in dementia care with 26 residents in a homelike environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
