Immediate Opening. Part-time position that assists with general maintenance work on 24 scattered-site single-family houses and 127 apartment units. Assists in preparing units at turn-over and provides routine maintenance. Will be required to provide occasional after-hours maintenance for emergencies. Must be timely and conduct oneself in a respectful and responsible manner. Part-time position of approximately 16-20 hrs/wk.
