SalaryHighly individualized residential program seeks 2 part-time live in ambassadors of healing and hope, located in Colchester Vermont. Work as a member of a larger team with supervision and clinical training. $70,000-$80,000 taxable stipend.
Job entails supporting a young man with developmental disabilities primarily in his home to learn independent living skills and increased capacity to tolerate strong emotions. He enjoys talking about travel, music, and sports. He appreciates a quiet environment and the ability to have alone time as he needs it.
Ideal candidate is grounded and unflappable. Trauma-informed preferred, but training can be provided.
:
· 3 or 4 days on and 3 or 4 days off
· Asleep Overnight with responsibility to provide support if needed
· Staff support will be provided during the daytime hours, however you may need to be available for some day time supports as well.
