SalaryAAMCI is seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a part time Leasing Agent/Receptionist s a 124-unit Section 8/Tax Credit community in Maryville, TN.
Company Overview: Chartered in 1972 with the sole purpose of managing multifamily real estate with emphasis on affordable housing, AAMCI now manages over 3,000 units in the Midwest and Southeast. In Addition, AAMCI invests in Mulifamily housing and is involved in development utilizing the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Part time 20 hours per week.
The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing of qualified households to increase occupancy
- Answer telephone inquires
- Lease vacant units
- Interview potential applicants
- Assist with third-party verifications
- Follow-up with applicants
- Submit files as needed for compliance
- Intake of work orders
- Data entry and correspondence
Qualifications necessary for success:
- Minimum of 1 year leasing experience
- Yardi Voyager experience (preferred)
- Microsoft office experience (preferred)
