Part Time Leasing Professional

We are looking for a people person, that can work 10-2 on Saturdays. Duties include but are not limited to, leasing apartments, answering phones, collecting prospect information, assisting residents, showing potential prospects units, completing applications, moving in new residents, taking rents, taking work orders, marketing, updating social media pages, leasing reports. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation. Must have leasing experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
