Part Time Key Holder

Retail Manager

• Duties:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees- Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accuratelySkills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Experience in store management or assistant management role preferred
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to analyze sales data
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff members
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail employees
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing negotiations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
