Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise retail sales associates
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to operational standards
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems for administrative tasks
