Part-Time Janitor

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for general cleaning of public spaces and bathrooms such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, as well as cleaning and sanitizing countertops, tables and bathrooms. Additional duties may include general maintenance duties on the grounds outside the building and setting up rooms for meetings and events. This is a part-time 20 hours per week position. This position is part of Local 4831 and has a salary ranging from $17,629 to $20,210, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 7 am to 11 am, with some optional Sunday hours available.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicant should have clearly demonstrated experience in cleaning and housekeeping work
• Ability to speak and read English, follow instructions, and work independently is required
