- Implement and oversee the company’s recruiting strategy
- Create job postings, screen applicants, & perform reference checks
- Interview, hire, and terminate employees
- Assist with orientations and completing employee paperwork
- Prepare and maintain all employee files including performance reviews
- Conduct employee trainings and maintain records for employees training hours
- Assist with supervising and managing staff members & explaining company policies
- Addressing any employment and/or disciplinary issues
