POSITION PURPOSE:
This position will work closely with the HR Manager and assist with filing, mailings, greeting visitors, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Actively communicate with all departments within MSC to ensure all HR requirements are being met.
Actively participate in HR meetings on a biweekly basis or as scheduled.
Maintain filing system, assist with open enrollment by preparing and organizing documents.
Responsible for all in-house postings.
Provide employee assistance as needed.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform special projects as directed by the Human Resources Department.
Perform clerical and administrative duties.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of High School diploma - 2 years of college level instruction is preferred.
Must be organized and able to work independently.
Sufficient data entry abilities, with a strong knowledge of Windows-based applications (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
Must be a quality conscious individual, possessing excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
