We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk/ Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. As a Front Desk receptionist you will answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Check guests into the hotel and provide a warm and welcoming environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring that it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have
- Prepare and serve food items such as hot and cold beverages, pastries, and breakfast dishes
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Clear tables and clean up spills or messes promptly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and cleaning the breakfast area
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations to guests
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
